Hello all,

Just wanted to make this post to catalog future search results. I had a chalice doing well take a sting from a frogspawn, the frogspawn won. Severe damage to the frag, shortly after RTN began to set in. I do not have a microscope to determine what is causing it whether it be a microorganism or parameters, everything else seems very happy so I'm leaning towards a microscopic organism.

I removed the frag tonight, about 20% tissue left. Dipped for 15 minutes in a revive and iodine solution. I directly applied the iodine to the wounded tissue as per instructions and added about 2 cap fulls to 4 cups of clean salt water and 1 cap full of revive.

No idea if it will work, I'll will keep you all posted. I'm not optimistic based on how much is left but if I can save even a sliver of polyp it may recover.
