That is a good question.
From my understanding
BRS rewards is 5 points for every $1 spent, same as Marine Depot.
BRS does their 10X rewards once a month I believe.
They're both 100 points = $1
BRS allows you to use as little points as you want, Marine depot has a minimum of 500 points towards $5
Marine Depot has on site actions that can earn you points (such as referring a member to site, refering a member to purchase, simply signing up)
I am not sure if BRS does similar.
In the end they're pretty comparable. I use BRS simply because my orders almost always arrive next day with free shipping as I live relatively close to their distribution center :)
