About 2 weeks ago I had an RFA die, I got it out pretty quickly and it didn't disintegrate very much. I've been doing 25% water changes every 4 days, runnings activated carbon and just started nopox.
Just had levels tested at the LFS Sunday results were:
NO3 = 26 ppm
PO4 = .79 ppm
Calcium = 400
Alk = 9.8
Mag = 1290
Salinity = 1.026
As it stood nothing was showing visible stress or decline until the other day this RFA uprooted and started acting funny. Today it's in this condition (see photo) completely inside out.
Everything else in the tank doesn't seem bothered at all other than 1 BTA that's been finicky since it split.
I'm wondering if it's too late for this RFA and If theres anything I may be overlooking that could turn the tide for the better.
Any insight would be much appreciated.
