RFAs shrinking/disappearing

The first zoomed out photo of my rock with all of my RFAs on it is from about a month ago. I've had them all almost a year, and all the following zoomed in pictures are how they have been looking for weeks now. Some still are big and beautiful, but I've lost one completely, and 4-5 of them have shriveled up into the rock, lost coloring and never come out at all anymore. My phosphates were through the roof, .90 for a bit but I've gotten them down and they have remained down. All of my torches, hammers, candy's, RBA and sps seem completely fine. What could cause this?

Also the red one in the sand covered with sand is usually burried in the sand but when it decides to pop up it's covered in sand. I'm constantly blowing it off

Too much light? They look good but looks like they are trying to hide from something. I don't think it is nutrients in your water because i had dinoflagellates and when i was finally rid of them my nitrate was over 100 and my phophates were about 6.0. My flower anemones lived through all that. Are you feeding them? They like to be fed a few times a week. I try to do it every other day.

What fish are in your tank? I know for sure molly miller's eat rfa's.....
