Rhino blenny compatibility

I'm thinking of getting a rhino blenny as I absolutely love them. My only concern is that the tank I want to add it to has yellowtail damsels (Chrysiptera parasema) - will they be too boisterous/aggressive? I have a feeling they would probably ignore the blenny and take all of its food. Could I just target feed the blenny?

Also, do they spend more time on the sand or in the rocks?
