Rhodactis mushroom splitting?

Hello! My rhodactis has been shrunken and pinched in the center for a few days now. It is also expelling its guts and I have now noticed a hole in the center. Is it splitting, or is there something problematic going on? All other mushrooms are doing great.

Was that all one mushroom before? It looks like 2 now, its almost split, but splitting is not supposed to be that painful. Something is really bothering it, you haven't seen anything eating at it, or another coral stinging it?

Only thing that comes to mind was a decent sized green hairy mushroom I had right next to it. They weren’t making direct contact and I moved it yesterday, but I figured hairy mushroom wouldn’t be an issue since it is also a rhodactis. The discosomas that were on the other side of the hairy mushroom also haven’t shown any stress

Mostly Normal - nitrate about 15-20, alk is about 8, calcium is 460, salinity is 1.025-1.026, phosphate is a bit high at .4 but I have concerns about my test kit being faulty since I don’t have significant nuisance algae and my stony corals don’t have any issues with it

What about PAR and the Flow of your tank?

Light is EVO stock light - 50-70 PAR is my best guesstimate based on the location. Flow is pretty low

Mine never look like that when they split. Just normal looking but slowly splitting. Its guts are hanging out which means its stressed or something is bothering it and wants it gone. This could also be causing it to split to save itself.

Starting to think the hairy mushroom I moved might’ve been irritating it. I’ll keep things stable and see if he starts to improve
