how do you tell the male from the female?

having a hard time trying to figure it out with mines

In most wrasses, its coloration I believe. Brad or Marvin could probably explain on the Rhomboids. I assume you have two of them? Lets see a pic :)

I would agree that with fairies, the males should be a bit brighter, some obviously much more so than others.

I'd say check out Brads pics of his, but he said all his turned into males. haha. Wouldn't be the greatest comparison. Post a pic of your pair and we could probably help identify them with you.

i just have one its said to be a male but i seen other pictures and but he or she doesn't have the gold on his head.

Drivers den has a femals and a male for sale 699 a piece i think they would look sweet together, do they really need a 125G tank that seems big.

What sizer tank do you keep yours in is it a big swimmer do you acualy need the 125 or do you think a 100g will do?

Haha, mine is in a 60 gal right now. I think my Lineatus needs more room than the little rhomboid.

lol i will deffinitly be picking one up, they are so sweet but the 700 price tag is hard to get both at the same time. somthign always comes up/

This picture was a year ago when I got the 2 females. The one on the bottom was already turning male.

Nice pics like always Brad. I'm waiting to get a larger tank to bring out more rhomboids :)
