Ribeye for a Duncan

[Big Mistake]

Since I feel less like a gardener and more like Dr. Evil decided to feed the Duncan in my care some Ribeye Steak.

Now, I know Neon Tetras love raw bloody meat.

Was trying to feed the Duncan reef roids and freeze dried brine shrimp but the brine shrimp just don't quite sink no matter how carefully I spot feed.

Anyhow no complaints from the Duncan so far. Steak sinks nicely onto the Duncan.

A little piece of ribeye frozen use a kitchen microplane to create little bits, into saltwater, spot feed with a bulb siphon.

Imagine a shark feeding frenzy, a red bloody mess.

Will try some Salmon done the same way.

My little 10 gallon tank has changed dramatically of late.

Added AlgaeBarn phytoplankton (once a day for a month), copepods (and of course the water), noticed dkh was low, started dosing All-For-Reef (no impact on dkh) and now it appears I might have Coraline Algae growing ...

Something came in with the phytoplankton and copepods or the all-for-reef changed something that Tropic Marin salt does not quite provide. I had dosed Coraline Algae in a bottle months ago .. maybe go back to growing African Violets in a terrarium.
