It is with great sadness that I inform the club that Rich Bouvier’s dad passed away yesterday (1/5/16). For those of you that don’t know Rich, he is a founding member of CTARS and was the President for several years. He formalized the club by incorporating it and created the first conference, what is now known as “CMAC”.
