Ricordea Reproduction

Ok, a bit of a silly question... but how do these little guys reproduce? Do they split like a frogspawn kind of? Or do they grown new heads similar to zoas or duncans? Sorry for the noob question, it's my first time having one of these little guys. Man are they cool looking!
