How should I go about removing my rics from the plugs they came on? The orange I got yesterday is attached to a small piece of live rock which in turn is attached to a plug. I got the piece of live rock released from the plug but about half of the ric is still attached to the plug. How should I get it to release with out damaging it?

After some YouTube research I got it done. The blue is split into two polyps and the orange is thriving. All ate mounted on a piece of shell and doing berry nicely.

Ive got them at the bottom of my 29 biocube and beside some rock which shades them a tad. They are doing really well. Gonna slowly move them out to the front after another week or so.
