I have a small Ricordia Florida that doesn't seem to be growing much. I have tried different placements around the tank. I have zoas and other mushrooms doing well but this one has just stayed about the size of my fingernail. Any idea on placement? I have issues with its frag falling off the rock and want to glue it, but want to make sure I glue it in the right place.

My ricordia are growing in low flow and anywhere from 50 - 200 par. I would just put it on some rubble in a flow that is low enough where it wont get blown around and it should attach on its own. Gluing ricordia has never worked for me.

In my experience they are just slow growers for me. I have some in areas with high par and others with low par. The ones in lower par seem to be growing larger faster compared with high par. I do think they do well with a lower flow area as well. I never had luck glueing them down, I would place mine in a shallow bowl with rubble rock for a few weeks until it attached to a rock then glue the rock into place or just set the rock in a nice sturdy spot.
