Rim of tank causing equipment to fall in

Hi all

I'm new to the hobby, purchased a 65gal tank with a rim a few weeks ago. Today, equipment started to fall in. My AI light stopped working (im trying to find some solution)... And the rim of the tank is really frustrating me as nothing really fits on. Im getting really frustrated as everything just looks so janky and I want everything to be stable.

Welcome to Reef2Reef! Is it something you can put a couple pieces of acrylic behind the mount to sure it up?

I found that Lego's are a great spacer to place between the glass and the mount. you may have to experiment to find the best thickness. On my 40B I used the really thin ones, but the 75 requires the standard bricks.
