I have had this fish for 6 months and transferred him into my new tank and found him this morning on his side poor guy :/
All tank perimeters are pretty much the same on both tanks so Idk what could have happened this was him a few month ago

I've lost several dwarf angel fish about 8 months is the longest I've been able to keep one. Not sure why.
 
I had a grey angel and he needed feed three times a day. Not sure if its common with angels but I noticed if I feed him any less he got very aggressive and highly stressed.
 
I drip acclimated him, I transfered a few corals to, they are doing great so Idk what happened with him maybe just the car ride.
