What is the tap water TDS, RO only TDS and final RO/DI TDS? You need all three numbers to troubleshoot the system. What exactly did you replace and what did you replace it with? Did you flush each filter individually before adding the next then flush the new membrane for at least 3-5 gallons before adding the new DI cartridge? Did you disinfect the system while you had it apart filter replacements? What is the exact measured waste ratio, water temperature and water pressure?
