RO membrane flush

When and for how long should i be flushing my membrane?

BRS 5 stage plus im running

I flush mine for about 5 minutes before and after running the RO... I don't know if that is correct, but it seems to work for me.

According to air water ice flush b4 every use for about a min will keep membrane for much longer

well i have a float on a brute, when i need water i just siphon out of there and it trickles back in. and i only take from there every couple of days, so should i just flush it once every 2 days for 5 mins, or can i wait like a week and flush it ?
