Hello again all

another on that hopefully someone can clear up for me.

I have this https://www.completeaquatics.co.uk/...MIl_bH4fCv7QIVGhwGAB2iiwTMEAQYASABEgK9RvD_BwE

I measured the output today and I’m getting pretty much a 50/50 split between waste and pure. I measured 15 litres of waste and 14.5 litres of pure in the same time. There is an inline TDS meter on the unit which reads 24 in and 0 out.

Am I missing something obvious?

When I checked the website listed on the right side there are 2 ways to contact them listed.
Contact them.
Usually a flow restrictor in the waste line has to be cut to get the right ratio but contact them.
TDS has nothing to do with your situation it is a water parameter.

this is the link to the installation instructions.

It does say for the restrictor to be inline but doesn’t mention at what length. Mine is just at the end of the pipe and out into the sink or bath.

I sent them a message on Facebook. Quick reply within minutes. Says it doesn’t matter where the restrictor is placed. Inline or at the end.
