Sad news today. Rob Farnsworth, who many may remember from Marine Depot and the countless great reefing videos he was part of over the years, passed away today.

He was a very close friend of a friend of mine and also grew up here in Southern California.

I just wanted to share this with the reefing community because Rob made a real impact on so many reefers and helped a lot of people enjoy and succeed in this hobby.

Life is short. Love the people close to you and appreciate every day you get with them.

Rest in peace, Rob.

This is such sad news, and I'm sorry for your loss personally; he seemed like such a nice guy, just from the videos.

My sympathies go out to his family and those that knew him personally.

RIP, Rob Farnsworth! Thank you for you contributions to the hobby and community.
