Rock flower anemone dying why

My new rock flower has detatch itself and have half way melt she has moved under my arch into the shade whent i get it i have not feed her

I have a bunch and they just do what they want. They moved all over until they found a spot they really liked, then stayed there. Give it some time and see what it does.
 
The picture is whent i have get it but today she was detatched laying on sand and half way melted should i be concern ?
 
Tank details will really help us. Also livestock details too please. IME they will detach when something is biting them. But really need info from you to help.
 
My tank is a waterbox 25 gallon mix reef i have 3 sps they are doing great and growing some hammer and softies my salinity is at around 1.025 1.026 tested with a milwaukee digital amonia at 0 for my stocking i have 2 clown a tail spot blenny a gold head goby and a mandarin some snail margarita trochus 1 cerith some hermit and a cleaner shrimp
