Rock Flower Anemone help please?

Bought 2 Rock Flower anemone. Things where fine for 2 days, now Peppermint Shrimp & clean up crew crabs are messing with them. Peppermint picks at them & crab keeps dragging one of them to the back of rocks. Beside Mushroom box , any other advice?

Anemone/mushroom box is your best bet

Peppermint shrimp are a common problem for rfa's, often tearing them up. Not all peppermints are a problem but many are. Many sites that specialize in rfa's advise not to have peps.

Baldguy is right on the money. So it may become which one do you keep. Or try and trade the shrimp for one that doesn't eat RFA's!

If they are removable from the tank at this point, you might consider pulling them and setting them into pvc end caps. They will set their foot in the bottom and you can then push the end cap down in the sand until it disappears. Sand can flow into the end cap but the RFA won't leave it. And then it can pull itself into the endcap and under the sand away from the shrimp. All my RFA's in the sand are in end caps.
