So I just wanted to start a new rock flower nem show off thread!!

I have been looking for one that pretty for months. I saw one at a frag swap several months ago that was three colored (I think it was pink, yellow and blue). It was $200 and I was too cheap to buy it.....wish I had now.

Ive got one that is bright orange and white skirt, its probably not rare but ive never seen another. Ill post pics Saturday when I get my camera back.

No, rock flower reproduce sexually rather than asexually like bubble tips

yes, me too! gogeous and I've only seen them locally and on-line as very expensive - that is a great deal - I love those insanely colored ones. Rock anemones in general usually are pretty darn hardy too - I had one for years in a FO with not so good water quality and it did great! stayed put as well - always a plus

Yeah, they are pretty hardy and all of mine stayed where i put them except for the purple and yellow one. That little jerk moved all over the place till he found his "happy spot". Thank god their sting isn't as potent as other nems because some of my corals would of had some serious bruising lol

I just started collecting these guys and love em! They seem to grow real fast for me too
Ive had this one for probably 4 months or so. Its probably 3 or 3.5 inches fully open

I only have this crappy pic at the moment of this guy that Ive had for a couple months

And this little guy is my favorite. Had it for a couple weeks.
