Hello everyone,
I added a new rock flower anemone to my tank yesterday. I placed it close to an existing rock flower. Now it has settled literally underneath of the other rock flower. You can barely see it sticking out on one edge. It seems to be ok, but I am wondering if I should try to move it? Or let it move on its own? Just concerned since its mouth is all covered.
Thanks.

Let it move on it’s own.

I agree to letting it move on it's own. In the ocean they grow on the side of rock cliffs as well as burying themselves in the sand with only their tentacles sticking out. It will just fine, you just may not get to enjoy is as much is all.

Thank you so much for the quick responses! I will take your advice and leave it be.

There is no point to moving them because they will just move right back where they want to go. Some are smart enough to pick a sunny location, some are not and will park themselves in places in places where they will eventually die.

They like to snuggle with other RFA's, I'm sure it will be fine.

Some of mine like their open space. Some are on top of others.
