So far the only downside is one of my favorites deciding to walk a little and not be front and center where I wanted it. I also had to create a pistol barricade to keep MR. bulldozer from disturbing them. I’m excited to eventually add more to my collection.

Anyone ever get the "common" grade RFAs from Gulf Coast Ecosystems? https://www.live-plants.com/rockflower.htm

I'm curious what they'd look like under decent (not 100% blues) tank lighting.
Haven't gotten one from GCE, but I got a "common" green from Cultivated Reef, which came in huge and likes light more than my ultras.

Here's the big guy (orange lens, but looks this good under blues, a bit less neon under blues+whites, but very beautiful in my opinion):

And for comparison, here's the green with a new, smaller ultra in the pic--note how the green loves being higher up (under a Noopsyche mini, probably hitting 150+ PAR right there, acclimating up to 250).

Biggest con imo is if you run really bright lights they will almost always choose to live under overhangs or in crevices you can barely see them in. Other than that, gorgeous, 0 maintenance, and reef safe
Yep O run my AI on a 24 gal low and have no problems they stay put on the substrate I had these for years !

Yeah there's a reason they've caught on so hard over the last few years. A non-aggressive stationary neon colored anemone with an interesting overall look that comes in every color combo imaginable while tolerating suboptimal water and needing very little light? It almost sounds too good to be true

When to mix up fish meal: When was the last time you tried a different brand of food for your reef?
