My RFA has stringy brown stuff coming from its mouth. At first I just thought it was pooping but after a little research I read it could actually be it losing zooxanthellae. Hoping to get a second opinion on this, and what can I do to help, or best just to leave it alone?

The RFA went into my tank 5 days ago. It settled into a rock and hasn’t moved. It’s looked good until tonight. Below are tank specs, parameters

not an expert but I think it's just adjusting to new lighting by dropping zoox. my rockflowers poops literally look like brown turds.

This morning he looked normal again. I put him under an overhang so he could be in the shade when he first went into the tank. He’s never moved since then so I assumed he was happy. Hope he figures himself out. Thanks for the replies
