Is it a problem that my rock flower anemone has moved all the way to the top of the tank? It was on the sand then slowly been moving up spent 6 months about the third of the way. Thanks for the help

It must not like its conditions, whether is be light or flow, it's looking for more favorable conditions.

Does it respond to food? Also could you take a picture of the front disk?

Mine have never done that.
I think it's too much flow. I've seen the lfs ones do it.
They don't like a lot of flow.
Also, if you situate it on the rock rather than sand, it has to be some pretty bad situations for it to move.

It seems to eat fine I target feed it still. I did move the return jets a bit because of to much flow on my hammers. I will try to get a pic when the lights are on but the mouth is not open at all and it responds when I move the lights to feed the fish.

Their mouths will never be "open" per se.
Youll just be able to see little lips :)

What type of light fixture you using and how high is it above the water surface? Your RFA looks a little translucent.

He does look a little pale but no one has ever made the correlation to "if they had to choose too much flow or too much light, where would they go?" so he may have gotten overexposed to light to try to get out of the strong current.
Other than a little pale, he looks pretty good :)

2 orbit marine pro set on the pre programed setting. It is now low in the tank so not getting as much light.
