Rock flowers

I've had my tank up for awhile. Fish in the tank for 7 weeks. I want to add rock flowers. Here are my water parameters. What do I need to do I know my calcium, magnesium is low. An my phosphate is high.

I forgot to add the tank is a JBJ 20 rimless nano.

Anemones aren't really affected much by low calcium or magnesium since they don't have skeletons. As far as phosphates, I believe anemones make use of nitrates and phosphates as a food source.
