Rock Nem trouble

My green rock nem was up against some Zoas. The Zoas retracted. Today, the rock nem is deflated, with some internal stuff coming out of its mouth. Did a WC 2 days ago. Water parameters fine. Haven't fed lately.

when they start flipping the mouth out of the body they are super hungry , I have to feed mine slurry about every other day , slurry is mysis/krill/copapods/silversides/purple algea in a blender then target fed

Thanks, so I should feed after it's mouth goes back in?

Id feed it now , the mouth wont go back in until it heals up , Ive had them take weeks

now worries they should be fine ! I made the mistake of taking one out once when i first started keeping them , because it did the craziest full inside out move , it turns out sometimes they just do weird ish , my loss live and learn

Great info, hours later, and the stuff sticking out its mouth disappeared. It ate also
