rock nems and temps

Hey all :)
This morning I woke up to a freeeeeezing room...my friend left the window open again >.<

The 10 gallon tank was 74 degrees-the heater is set to 78. so usually the tank is 78-80.

The last few days my rock nems have been a little scrunched up because Im fighting cyano in that tank. Its now at bay but Im a little worried about the temp right now. parameters for them are 72-78 but I still worry lol
anyone ever have a heater fail and the tank temp drop with these guys?

Haven't had a problem with mine when the tank occasionally dips down to 74 in the winter - normally sits around 77-78.

I do hear that you can solve the open window problem with a drill and a couple screws...;)
