In the past month my rock has been turning brown and now it's green . I don't know what I'm doing wrong I haven't over feed my fishes I only have 5 in a 40gal .it's not hair algae it's just green stuff
parameters are
Alk 9
CA 420
Mag 1320
po4 0.3
No3 5

By the rough texture it looks like green coralline. If you rub it lightly with your finger does it rub off?

No worries. As long as your parameters are good your tank is fine. I used dry BRS Pukani that turned brown, then bright green (which faded in a month), now the seeded coraline is starting to grow.

I just get mad cuz it covers my frags and some on my zoa started to melt froM the green stuff

It looks like either Green Film algae or Cyanobacteria. This doesn't always have to be that red/maroon color were all so used to.
