Rockflower dying?

Bought this RFA 2 days ago. When i put it in the tank i noticed my peppermint shrimp taking bits off. I took the shrimp out since then. This is how its looking. Is it on its way out? or just super beat up?

Yeah, it didnt make it. The next morning it was face down in the sand and alot smaller. Looked like its guts were spilling out or something. Maybe from the shrimp ripping pieces off.
