Had my rodi plumbed for over a year now. And just replaced the y adaptor to rodi and washing machine a month agi and the adaptor is leaking again. I'm going to try a sharkbite fitting that I got for the icemaier. But can't find it now. Any assistance would be appreciated. Image attached

Kind of vague what the ask is if you just replaced it. Are you looking for tips? Like make sure to clean the pipes before inserting them?

first off, not to be a stickler, but that’s a T coupling not a Y. That being said, Where exactly is it leaking from? Is it leaking from the brass-copper connection or the plastic threaded connector RO line? If it’s the latter, did you use Teflon tape around the threads?
