Ok. I'm a little confused. Where does the waste water line connect. The instructions suck

There is one red and one blue line coming out of membrane. The red on goes to the auto flush valve and the blue to something that I don't know what it is. Those are my two options for waste and good water.

The blue goes to your auto shut off valve.

Where is your flow restrictor? Built into the flush valve?

I have no clue where that is so I would assume so ??

There are wires going to the white box where the blue line is coming out of so maybe that's the auto shut off valve

After some reading, yes the flow restrictor is in the flush valve
