Hey all,

I've had a 7-stage RODI system sitting in my storage unit for around a year and a half. I'd replaced all of the filter cartridges pretty recently before putting it away, so I wanted to see if anyone had been in a similar situation. Would there be any issues using it after sitting for so long, would it be better off to just replace all the cartridges again before use?

I don’t know about any other filters, but at least with the membrane I know it needs to be kept wet. I also vaguely remember it needs to be depressurized.

I had mine stored for several years. After I replaced all the filters the only thing that I had a problem with was the check valve was stuck closed. Got it moving again and everything else was fine

Yes - strip out all the old filters including the membrane, clean and sanitize the system, and then install new filters. We have instructions on how to sanitize the system on our website.
