I was offered a bubble magus roller mat. Arf-s roller mat. Seems to be an older version. Are these a good roller mat? She said $90 for it.

What size tank do you have? If your tank is >50 gallons then it should work but if your tank is larger it wouldn’t be able to keep up.

Is it a good brand roller?
They’re known for their skimmers, never heard much of their filter rollers. But when you hook it up to your aquarium it’ll make maintenance a breeze! I Tun a Reefmat 1200 and i never have to worry about changing and cleaning the filter socks!

I have the large version and it does the job well! A little finicky when it comes to changing the rolls, but a really good investment.

Cool cool. How hard is it to change the filter roller? Like do you have to take it all the way out?

So when you add the new roll, you have to staple the new roll to the old one and pull It through. Then once thorough, stick the paper onto the roller part.

Not difficult, just a bit of pain is all.

Oh ok, not too bad. Pretty simple. Does it tighten it self? I heard tested an issue with some of the rollers.
