Rose bubble tip anemone help

My rbta has been in this 40g tank for about a week and it's been fine until a few days ago... The parameters are fine. I do water change every weekend. And I have t5 lighting. It has its mouth gaping open and brown slime stuff comes out... Not a good sign

I'm really scared that it'll die and wipe out my tank... And I have to be gone a week for school...
