I picked up an rbta a few days ago. I drip acclimated him gave him a piece of rock with some nice crevices to crawl in. He crawled in and I can see him in the there a little expanded but he's been in there a couple days now. Is this normal?

The tank is 3x2x2 and lit by 2 radions. He is on the opposite side of the tank from an mp40.

It is normal for them to be stressed for awhile after being introduced in a tank. I wouldn't really be concerned unless he's discolored and hiding out for a week or more. If he is uncomfortable with his spot, he will go walking around to find a better place. Hiding is just a stress response IMO. Good luck and let us know if he comes out! :)

IF YOU HAD TO OPERATE EVERYTHING ELSE MANUALLY, WHICH AUTOMATED SYSTEM WOULD YOU KEEP?
