I found a few corals on this site and decided to order. They have a button that indicated you could order using PayPal. I clicked the button filled out all the information that included the coral item numbers etc and waited, and waited . . . after not hearing anything after 48 hours I decided it was time to email them. I sent an email yesterday and I’ve yet to hear anything from them. Of course the corals that I wanted are now sold to others so I really don’t care at this point. What I do care about is being treated this way.

I feel as a consumer that purchases a LOT of corals online I would never do business with someone that treats anyone this way. If feel a lot of other reefers are the same so I wanted to let everyone know how I was treated by this business. You will not find me shopping on that web site again.

For the most part, I've been quite happy with all of my online purchases from many vendors except one (which I posted about earlier). I have ordered from Roe's several years ago and was happy with the purchase, but haven't since. Their website is updated so infrequently and there are so few items I often end up passing.
