I got a tiny tiny tiny frag as a freebie from a friend it took a yr to encrust now finally moving up a bit but mine is just red !! I moved it to get better flow / light too see if I can get the other colors out of it!

It shouldn't be red; it's supposed to be a bright pink with green polyps when happy. Maybe LED? Green on mine is popping right now! It def prefers a bit of light IME.

Mine is bright pink, and very "hairy." It has encrusted all the way across the rock it is on. It can only go up from here. It is not the fastest grower, but there are slower pieces out there.

I got mine in May. Hasn't done much but encrust a little. Here are pics the day I got my Rouge and Palmer's Blue from Vivid.

Today -Just Encrusting and my Palmers browned out

Rouge is one of the best milli's still to this day IMO. Mine just started taking off after a few years.:tongue:

I'm not saying this is a rogue since mine is a prostrata judging by the mother colony it came from, but do they look the same, coloration wise under actinics? never saw the rogue's full potential in person.

my rogue lost it's green polyps. but the red/pink turned more intense. any experience of colors varying from mh and t5 setups. I got my frag my mh setup.

I keep mine under T5's. For whatever reason the green in the polyps come and go for me too. But I've lost it and it always comes back.

Have no clue what this is . Cali seller stated he had named sps but had forgotten most of the names ..Had splathulata written on the bag ...LOL
Go figure ..One of this tips is a funky light green yellow ..and the ring of the base . (on the back side cannot be seen in pic. Was a nub in Jan ... slow grower whatever it is .
