Can you explain to me how you took the shaft for the propellor off? My pump has seized up and I don’t know how to disassemble it like you are showing in the second picture.

The shaft is permanently attached to the magnet and pinwheel. When the pump isn’t frozen up and spins freely it just comes out as a whole unit like pictured.

Removing the impeller assembly from the motor block is a PITA. The cover is basically a press fit into the front of the motor block. You gotta wiggle and jiggle the needle wheel to work it out...all without breaking any of the needles. If the impeller spun freely before you started messing with it then maybe it's okay. If it seized up after you started trying to remove it it might just be out of alignment in which case try to re-seat the cover to the motor block.
