Royal gramma in a 20?

Hi do you guys recommend for me to get a royal gramma for my 20 long or does it actually need a 30 gallon tank like it says on liveaquaria?

A small specimen could be done in a 20, but long term, at least a 30 gallon would be better

I would say a 20 Long would be okay for a royal gramma, but a standard 20 doesn't offer enough horizontal swimming space.

A 20g is fine. They maintain a territory around a cave and don't explore the rest of the tank.
