Royal gramma sick or hurt?

I don’t know what’s wrong with my royal gramma. It’s been like this for a day and it looks like my blue tang is going after it but I’m not sure. It just sits here on the rock all day in trying to hide in a small cave. Help please!

Need more information. Did you just add the gramma? Are you concerned JUST with potential aggression? If you think there is a disease component, the fish medics are gonna need parameters, tank size, age and perhaps a 20 second video under white light.
