in fluval evo 13.5 it say's 30 gallon minimum but have seen a few royal grammas in the 13.5 what you all think?

It will be fine in a nano. Tey can get territorial why the suggested size but mine is a model citizen

I see so many being said to be aggressive but I've had many and they were also very sweet.

if i got a fish it would probs be the only fish in there so wouldn't matter if it was aggressive

As the only fish in there they'd be fine. They don't really swim around. Give it a few rock caves to choose from. Be aware it'll get pretty large and eat quite a bit for a tank that size so be prepared to be on top of water changes.
