I was getting good growth from my seriatopora at the time. And the monti cap frag was on and off for color
IMG_0981.JPG

I broke down the entire tank. Fish and coral in buckets with koralias running off and inverter from my truck. Break down and setup took about 2 hours total. So the animals weren't out of wack for too long

Just after I got the tank setup in the new house. Wasn't drilled at this point and was still running as an all in one style tank

The seriatopora colony didn't survive the move. Only a few tiny frags of it are still alive and I'm not sure how haha. They haven't grown at all in the last year but they are alive

Just a couple coral pics from that time frame
IMG_1240.JPG

You can see the stress of the move on them. Took most a couple months to recover.

I decided to add the biggest easily available sump I could. A craigslist 75!!!!
IMG_1365.JPG

I decided to use a HOB overflow and went with the life reef. It was great but because of the bends in my tubing air got trapped and caused a couple 2 am overflows. So I took the plunged and drilled a bean animal style in the rear compartment of my rsm130

This was the sump setup in the garage. Once I drilled I build a enclosed sump and changed lighting

I rebuilt the aquascape on a pvc skeleton. I don't really like it but for now I'm getting some growth so the corals like it. The zip ties were cut off after the epoxy Hardened

Wiring still wasn't ....and still isn't organized. But this is pretty close to the current sump box in the garage

DT aquascape after a year. I keep adding more digi frags to the pvc elbow up top. I really want that 90* elbow to be a giant colony

I added a pavona top right
Moved the rbta to the sump and started fragging them to get credit at the local store. The digi was added in the last 6 months as well as the stunner chalice

I bought a SCA skimmer for the tank
It's undersized but honestly I don't wanna skim everything out.
I like using the macro for nutrient export.
So at this point the sump has a skimmer chamber
Fuge with 10w Amazon led
Open frag area with 55wt5 above it
Then a reactor for carbon/Gfo in the return pump chamber
IMG_2753.JPG

The rbta always get into the macro algae. It's good that way makes them easy to pluck and frag once they grow large

Once the tax $$$ comes in the pvc will be chopped and the sump is getting rebuilt and moved into the house. I think it will solve all of my thermal issues.
The challenge will be organizing the small space to work efficiently

From the post before Christmas time to now I was using a 55 watt 50/50 bulb and a 30 watt actinic Yesterday I put the full 2x55w 50/50 bulbs back in. And put the 30 w actinic over the frag tank
