Hello all,

I am in the process of putting together a mixing/fill container for my AIO using a cheap version of the Sicce Ultra Zero pump. It will have a closed loop for mixing and a line into the tank for filling (pictures in my build thread).

My dilemma was how to get the plug out of the container while keeping it watertight. This is the solution I went with. Hope it helps.

Requires Tools/Parts:
  • Wire Cutter/Stripper
  • Soldering Iron
  • Solder
  • Wire Junction Connector
  • 1/4" Uniseal (will vary depending on your project)
Instructions:

1. Cut, strip, and tin your wires.

2. Run your wire through you container then make sure all the parts are in the correct orientation.

3. Insert your wires into each of the three holes one one side then screw them in. Repeat on the other side making sure your wire colors match on each side.

4. Screw all the threads together tightly and you're done. Please note, my uniseal is in the wrong orientation in these pics since this wire would be exiting the container.
