Hey all. How does it work for feed modes when you have a battery backup for your flow pumps, and kill the outlet for a feed mode? Doesn't it just kick to battery?

Was considering reef angel for control, and then a pair of reef breeders rp-m with their battery backup for storms.. wasn't sure how it would really kill that.

I have vortech pumps and they have a feed mode timing that is scheduled to match my auto feeder times. You are correct they will go into battey mode when power is cut, but this is a low flow rate and may work ok.
