I'm right in that spot right now. I'm running radions makes me wonder if I should try all blues for a bit.Lost that one, you guys have no idea what I went through with dinos. I messed up big time with not taking photos/videos of actually how bad it was. Both my tanks would almost flood daily just from the blackness built up on my overflow.
I defeated a horrible case of dinos in 5 days. Shut off all daylight bulbs, and just ran 2 blue+ along with reebrites for 3 days. Felt socks changed daily, and wet skim straight to the drain.
Fast forward about 3 weeks, I lost
Rainbow envy frag
Jf city slicker
Ska jackpot
Budgie (gotten eaten from the coral next to it
Now I never really loose anything, if somethings unhealthy, it doesn't grow. But at that time I made a million changes. Calcium reactor, interceptor, more cured rock, second UV. Do I think it was the dinos, not certain. But clogging mesh socks and overflow teeth every single day couldn't have been a good thing. My tank smelt like someone died until I started wet skimming.
I really think the blue light only is what actually made it go away.I'm right in that spot right now. I'm running radions makes me wonder if I should try all blues for a bit.
Very nice pickup!
This was an indo mariculture I cherry picked for my home tank. This was literally just blue two weeks ago. Pretty fascinating
Is the first one an echinata or similar? I'll be curious to see what it looks like grown out.rrc Mardi gras and half baked
I and some others believe it's a speciosa. I'll have to find a colony photo of it online. Super pretty unique piece for sureIs the first one an echinata or similar? I'll be curious to see what it looks like grown out.
