I feel you pain. You are not alone in this!

Lost a Hybrid Achilles and Naso - four weeks of looking perfect, both became sort of zombie-like (swimming but seemed unaware of other fish and stopped eating) and died within a week of each other - no apparent parasites, signs of respiratory distress, or anything. I have other acantharus tangs in the system which are totally fine.

My beautiful powder blue tang was found dead this morning. Showed no signs of sickness and was acting completely normal before I left for work :(
Oh man! So sorry for your loss!!!!! Also for everyone else's loss who also responded.

In this hobby there are so many ups and downs. Back in June I lost a beautiful Potters Angel I had a long time, and a Emporer Angel I had a long time for no apparent reason. I always break out the test kits when that happens just in case, but I never found the reason.
