Hey guys!

Everything I’ve seen says puffers aren’t reef safe. Is it because they’re aggressive, eat snails, eat shrimp, eat coral, eat fish? I bet it’s gonna be all of that... what’re your experiences?

I had one for a little while that was better at eating the favia's in my tank than it was at eating the mysis, squid, and clams that I offered it. It didn't bother my shrimp but it killed a few hermits and a snail or two before I got it rehomed. The experience with that fish was the last time I trusted a LFS's word over what I could find on the internet.
