Salifert Flatworm Exit

Hey folks, I just spotted two red planaria flatworm (i think, they are light green with a red dot) in my 7g macroalgae tank (with a lot lps, one sps and sponges, invert).

I had used flatworm exit before on red planarias before and it works fine. I am concerned about my photosynthetic sponge and red ball sponge, will they be affected by flatworm exit? Assuming I follow the instuctions, WC and add carbon etc.

I had flatly planaria many moons ago. I used the F exit and later I saw a few were still around. I let the tank ride(no treatments) and the flatworms never became a plague and soon enough they were not visible, just gone.

I’m not sure that you need to treat again for two worms? I’d keep an eye out and see if they are waning.

Well the last treatment was two years ago and I had restarted the tank in between that due to moving.
The reason I wanted to eradicate them is that the corals will eventually go into my clean 20g, and I don't want to spread pest among my tanks.
