Salifert Potassium Test Availability

Europa changed its chemical transportation regulation a year ago, which means delivery for a lot chemicals is now restrited....
Low range Hanna phosphate tests arent available here anymore. It wouldn't surprise me if the Salifert potassium tests are another causality

Do you (or anyone else) know if tetraphenylborate is one of the EU- banned chemicals?
If it is some other chemical in the test kit, then there are numerous workarounds. But if it's tetraphenylborate that is banned by EU, then there's no known hobby kit chemistry that is possible without it.
